Student Parking

Parking permits are available to licensed students in grades 11 and 12 during the 2026-2027 school year, as space allows.

Students must:

• Be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Have all Infinite Campus fees paid.
• Complete and submit required parking permit form with both parent and student signatures to the main office.

Please note: Permits may become available for licensed 10th-grade students beginning in October 2026, depending on availability. The date will be announced if permits become available.

• Parking permit sales for current 11th and 12th grade students will be open and available for pick up on August 6 at noon.
• Parking permits are issued as space allows.
• If parking spaces are unavailable, students will be placed on a waitlist.
• You will receive confirmation of your waitlist status and instructions for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until all requirements have been completed, including:
  • Provide a valid student driver's license
  • Paying Infinite Campus fees and
  • Completing the required permit parking form with parent and student signatures, obtain the form by either:
    • Download the "Permit Parking Form"
    • Pick up a physical form in the main office

• Full School Year Permit - $150
  • This option is for students who drive to school throughout the school year. 
• Limited-Use Permit (3 hours or less) - $80 
  • This option is for students who are primarily off campus due to PSEO or online courses and attend classes on campus for three hours or less each day. Verification of the student's off-campus schedule is required when picking up the permit. 
• Construction Trades/Opportunities in Emergency Care (OEC) Permit - No charge
  • This option is for students from outside Spring Lake Park Schools whose home district has already issued a current school-year parking permit (permit purchase verification required). Students who do not have a parking permit from their home district may purchase a Spring Lake Park High School permit at a reduced rate. 

Please note, trimester permits will not be offered during the 2026-2027 school year. 

To help keep our campus safe, students are expected to:

• Display their parking permit on the inside of the windshield in the bottom right corner where it is clearly visible.

• Park only in designated student parking areas.
• Lock their vehicle while it is parked on campus. Spring Lake Park Schools is not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles parked on campus.
• Drive safely and responsibly at all times.
• Yield to pedestrians throughout the parking lots.
• Keep the parking lots clean by disposing of trash properly.
• Use only the parking permit issued to them. Parking permits may not be sold, shared or transferred to another student.
